Bones for Life Workshops
In conjunction with the Bones for Life Immersion and Certification Program
Time: 9:30 am - 1:00 pm
Guided by: Brenda Sorkin, GCFP Senior Trainer for BFL
As we age, we need to increase our awareness even more. Movement is the common denominator whether you desire to improve your posture, balance, relieve your aches and pains or restore your emotional well being and sense of vitality.
The Bones for Life program was originally designed to promote bone health, which involves all the above components. Engaging a soft focus in various movement processes taught in these workshops also enhances brain function as we connect verbal guidance to physical movement. We find harmonious relationships through a process of discovery rather than trying to stretch or use corrective measures. We guide ourselves in new experiences to connect to our body’s innate wisdom.
The workshop is unique and open to past Bones for Life participants.
Workshops are $65 for 3 hour sessions
