Do you struggle to accept discomfort; find your mind scattered, unable to focus; experience low energy? Learn mindful movement practices that calm your mind as you cultivate your focus of attention and promote your ability to stand erect and move more easily benefiting your mind, your bones and every organ in your body. Fight the cultural myth of no pain no gain and discover less is more.
This workshop is an introduction to the Feldenkrais-based courses of Bones for Life. There will be processes lying on the floor on a mat, sitting and standing. It is open to past participants as well as anyone wanting to experience this approach for the first time.
