Our gut brain, or enteric nervous system, contains over 100 million neurons -- more than the brain and spinal cord together. This highly evolved system holds many mysteries and there is obviously more to it than just elimination. More information travels from our gut to the brain than from our brain to our gut. We have all experienced that "gut" feeling, or butterflies in our stomach, as well as the physical discomfort associated with gastrointestinal turmoil. Did you realize the gut brain uses more than 30 neurotransmitters, and that our bowels are home to 95% of our serotonin? The nerves of our gut brain have a major impact on our emotions as well as our health in general.

Clinics and hospitals in Europe and Israel have used the whole sphincter system to successfully work with many serious issues such as: asthma, depression, tremors, varicose veins, speech impediments, breathing, skin issues, and tremors to name a few.

In these workshops, we will discover the inter-relatedness between our horizontal and vertical planes: the power of the dance of our movement to the pulsation of our inner tubal system. Using the imagery of a jellyfish in water we will begin balancing this connection between our mind and our body, our movement patterns and our sphincters speaking the language of our gut brain.

Bones for Life -- it’s not just about bones health. It’s about quality of life.
