Come experience a renewed sense of well-being by balancing your vision and learning simple strategies to reduce eyestrain. In our culture, we've been spending a lot of time staring at screens; overusing our near and central vision. Eyestrain is not only bad for our eyes. It is related to headaches, neck and shoulder tension, and more.

Through gentle movement lessons, you will become more aware of how the way you use your eyes affects your posture, your movements, and your breathing. You will feel the benefits of a softer, more balanced vision, literally, from head to toe.
