The Dance of Stability and Flexibility

Posture, balance, sitting, standing and walking are all supported by the dance between stability and flexibility throughout our body. The relationship between your hips and shoulders and position of your head impacts everything you do.
Do you sit too long at your computer; ignore your discomfort; push yourself too hard, or forget to move? Feed that natural part of you that wants to move this spring. Come join us as we pay particular attention to these relationships.
