Would you like to learn to have greater elegance and grace in heels? 

We've been asked to teach this workshop ever since it was covered on Good Morning America. In our typical Feldenkrais manner, we would like you to find the optimal way to do what you would like to be doing.Bring your heels (not over 3 inches to begin) and prepare for the upcoming holiday parties as you learn to have better balance and posture -- with or without heels!
