Touching Your Toes

You can live your whole life without touching your toes. If it is difficult, how often have you heard it attributed to tight hamstrings? Have you known stretching your hamstrings to help?

The ability to touch your toes has more to do with the movement through your spine. How you move determines your ability to find comfort in your daily tasks -- such as vacuuming, gardening, lifting weight. We will be examining all the components that allow freedom of movement through your spine. We will be sitting in chairs, lying on mats on the floor and standing. Come join us.
